Working terms, clear before launch

Start with one service or bring in a coordinated external team. We define responsibilities before work begins, so the proposal can be compared on scope rather than promises.

Discuss the working format
Engagement format
One focused service or a cross-functional team covering acquisition, website, content and analytics.
Starting timeline
A diagnostic or preparation stage can usually begin within the first week after the scope and access are agreed.
Scope and cost
Deliverables, timing, responsibilities and price are confirmed before launch. Additional work requires separate approval.
Communication
Work in English or Russian, with direct access to the specialists responsible for your project.

Media spend, paid licenses and third-party services are shown separately from the team fee whenever the project requires them.

When we can help

Launching a new product

Build a focused landing page around the offer, audience and first traffic source.

The website is not helping sales

Review the visitor journey, evidence, mobile experience and inquiry form.

You need a complete website

Plan services, a catalog, projects and languages with room for future development.

What the work includes

We define the task and content before choosing the visual system and technology. Your business should not have to fit a random template.

Brief and structureUnderstand who visits, what they need to know and which action matters to the business.
  • Review the current site, product, competitors and traffic sources.

  • Review SEO settings, URLs and migration requirements for an existing site.
What you get

A launched website, access and a clear content-update process.

Choose a site around the job it needs to do

Example scopes, not mandatory page lists. We leave out what does not help customers choose or contact you.

One offer, one clear journey

For a service, campaign or a test of a new proposition.

  1. Offer

Who it serves and the problem it solves.

  2. Reasons to choose

Scope, examples, terms and useful answers.

  3. Inquiry

A concise form connected to the right channel.

Several services, one business

For customers who need to explore capabilities, experience and the team.

  1. Navigation

    Clear service and language structure.

  2. Content

Services, projects, company information and useful resources.

  3. Management

    Reusable templates and content editing.

From finding a product to buying it

For a catalog with useful attributes, availability and checkout.

  1. Catalog

    Categories, filters and product pages.

  2. Purchase

Cart, delivery and available payment methods.

  3. Operations

    Orders, events and agreed integrations.

How the work moves forward

  1. 01

    Discovery & UX mapping

We map who visits the site, what they need to see, and what’s stopping them from converting today.

  2. 02

    UX/UI design

Design is built mobile-first around the offer and the decision path, not just brand aesthetics.

  3. 03

    Development & CRO build

The site is built on the right platform for your business, with forms, trust blocks and speed as priorities.

  4. 04

    Analytics & tracking setup

GA4, conversion tracking and CRM integration are wired in before launch, not after.

  5. 05

    Launch & iteration

We monitor real user behavior after launch and keep improving conversion rate, not just ship and move on.

What we need to begin

Tell us about your product, audience and main website action. Brand assets, current copy, access and references are useful. If something is missing, we define what to prepare together.

Scope and boundaries

Platform, template count, languages and integrations follow the brief. Paid licenses, content production and ongoing support are agreed separately.

Before we start

Which platforms do you use?

We build custom projects with modern tools such as React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js, and use Shopify, Webflow or WordPress when a managed platform is the better fit. Content updates, integrations and future growth determine the stack.

Can you preserve URLs and analytics?

Yes. Migration planning records existing URLs, tracking and forms. If a URL needs to change, we agree on it and plan a redirect rather than silently removing the page.

Can our team update the content?

Yes. Agreed sections include editing tools, access and guidance. We define what your team needs to update without a developer before choosing the setup.

Do you handle copy and languages?

We can adapt existing copy or develop content from your materials. Languages, translation volume and terminology review are defined separately. Business facts are approved before publication.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the site and agreed guidance and verify key journeys. Support, new pages and data-informed improvements can continue as a separate, clearly scoped phase.
