Meta Ads agency for lead generation and growth

Facebook and Instagram advertising for US businesses. We develop the offer, test creative and bring people to your website, lead form or messages. Every inquiry is evaluated alongside its quality.

10–12%CTR in our top-performing Meta Ads audience segments

Working terms, clear before launch

Start with one service or bring in a coordinated external team. We define responsibilities before work begins, so the proposal can be compared on scope rather than promises.

Discuss the working format
Engagement format
One focused service or a cross-functional team covering acquisition, website, content and analytics.
Starting timeline
A diagnostic or preparation stage can usually begin within the first week after the scope and access are agreed.
Scope and cost
Deliverables, timing, responsibilities and price are confirmed before launch. Additional work requires separate approval.
Communication
Work in English or Russian, with direct access to the specialists responsible for your project.

Media spend, paid licenses and third-party services are shown separately from the team fee whenever the project requires them.

When we can help

Your product needs to be seen

Show its value through creative, short video and use cases when a search ad cannot tell the whole story.

Creative has stopped working

We review messaging, formats and frequency, then build the next testing cycle from past results.

Leads are not turning into sales

We check the promise, qualification questions, CRM handoff and first response.

What the work includes

Creative, audience and conversion path are planned together. This service covers paid acquisition; ongoing social media management is a separate scope.

Offer and hypothesesWe start with the product and reasons to buy, not a list of targeting interests.
  • Study customers, past campaigns and competing offers.
  • Define messages, audiences, the desired action and success criteria.
What you get

A test plan: who we reach, what we offer and how we assess it.

Creative and formatsAd assets are designed for how people watch and how much they know about the product.
  • Write copy and scripts; adapt assets for Feed, Stories and Reels.
  • Plan opening frames, selling points and calls to action.
What you get

An agreed creative set and a queue of future iterations.

Campaigns and dataWe set up acquisition and lead capture together so the context is not lost after a click.
  • Check access, objectives, locations, audiences and retargeting.
  • Configure Pixel and available server-side integrations; check events and duplicates.
What you get

Campaigns with a tested inquiry handoff to the agreed systems.

Quality and scalingWe look for messages that attract suitable customers, not just inexpensive form submissions.
  • Collect sales feedback and monitor frequency and creative fatigue.
  • Stop weak hypotheses and expand validated ones without changing everything at once.
What you get

Creative and audience findings with a clear update plan.

Four ways to start a conversation

The desired action shapes the format and message. These are working scenarios, not mockups of real ads.

Show different sides of the product

Useful when people need to see a range, terms or several reasons to consider an offer.

  1. First impression

One clear product and a reason to pay attention.

  2. Reasons to choose

Details, options and evidence of value.

  3. Next step

A page for that specific product or offer.

Explain the offer in motion

Built for mobile viewing: an opening frame, demonstration, captions and a clear next action.

  1. Opening

Make the audience and offer clear immediately.

  2. Demonstration

Show the product in use or answer an objection.

  3. Response

Send people to the agreed conversion path.

Capture interest on the platform

Reduce the extra step while keeping questions that help sales understand the request.

  1. Offer

Explain what happens after the inquiry.

  2. Qualification

Relevant contact information and useful questions.

  3. CRM handoff

Source, answers and an assigned owner.

Turn interest into a dialogue

For an available messaging channel with a team ready to respond and track inquiries.

  1. Customer question

Give people a clear reason to start a chat.

  2. First response

Agree on a response approach and responsibility.

  3. Follow-up

Record the request and the next sales step.

A cheap lead is not the whole result

We consider cost alongside quality. Account and CRM reports may differ because of attribution rules; we explain the difference instead of counting the same sale twice.

Creative
Which messages capture attention and lead to meaningful action.
Qualification
How many inquiries match the product, geography and terms.
Sales
Acquisition cost and revenue when reliable deal or order records are available.

How the work moves forward

  1. 01

    Audience & offer mapping

We define who the offer is for and how to reach them, based on your existing customers and market data.

  2. 02

    Creative production

Ad creatives are built and briefed for testing, not produced as a single guess.

  3. 03

    Campaign launch & testing

We split budget across audiences and creatives to find what actually converts.

  4. 04

    Landing page & lead capture

Traffic lands on a page or form built for the specific offer, not a generic homepage.

  5. 05

    Retargeting & reporting

We retarget people who engaged but didn’t convert, and report on cost per lead weekly.

What we need to begin

We need an offer or website, product assets, business portfolio access and clarity on who handles inquiries. Missing creative and tracking become part of the plan.

Scope and boundaries

Social media management, shoots, creator partnerships and complex video production are not automatically included. Creative volume and media spend are agreed separately.

Before we start

Is this the same as social media management?

No. Meta Ads is paid acquisition: campaigns, audiences, ad creative and measurement. Content calendars, regular posts and community management are a separate service.

Who produces the creative?

We plan tests, write copy and adapt assets. We can work with your photos and video. Shoots or complex production require an agreed brief, suppliers and a separate budget.

Can we run ads without a new website?

Yes, for example with lead forms or messages if they suit the product. We first assess expected lead quality and the follow-up process, rather than simply reducing clicks.

Does Meta Ads work for e-commerce?

Yes. We review the catalog, feed, prices, availability and purchase events, then prepare creative and retargeting. Results are evaluated through orders and economics, not just add-to-cart events.

When can we scale the budget?

Once there is enough evidence on lead quality or orders. Scaling is gradual, with checks on spend, creative and sales capacity. One strong first day is not a reliable reason for a major increase.
