A full-cycle New York developer
Global Industries develops mixed-use and residential projects across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. The website needed to communicate business scale, showcase the architecture and explain the company’s full development cycle.
The company’s track record was stronger than its former digital presence. The old site showed individual projects but remained a static catalog without a coherent connection between portfolio, expertise and brand story.
The challenge
A partner, investor or prospective client needed to understand the company’s scale, see real properties and evaluate its capabilities without navigating a dense corporate presentation.
- Make projects the primary proof of expertise
- Explain development as a clear sequence
- Unify business facts into one credible story
- Give the team a CMS for new projects and publishing
A visual language drawn from New York
After exploring several concepts, we chose a system where architecture, city movement and disciplined typography work together. Large imagery establishes scale while the interface remains precise and businesslike.
The structure moves from positioning to portfolio, development model and contact. Each property page also works as an independent proof point.
Properties became the primary argument
Large images are paired with a concise data system: project type, area, status, location and completion year. Visitors see the architecture first, then the facts needed to understand the property.
A shared CMS template supports every property. The portfolio stays consistent while the team can add new entries without rebuilding the site.
Webflow as an operating system
Projects and articles live in CMS collections, recurring elements are componentized and templates preserve the same logic across the site.
The responsive composition retains architectural scale on wide screens and becomes a clear sequence on mobile. Foundational SEO covers structure, metadata and technical indexability.
Result
Over three months, the project moved from several design concepts and a new information architecture to a responsive Webflow site with CMS and foundational SEO.
Global Industries gained a digital portfolio where architecture remains central and business information helps partners and clients decide to start a conversation.
Portfolio figures published in the source case belong to Global Industries and are not presented as outcomes of the website project.
