The challenge

United Elite Group handles residential renovation from design and visualization to complex architectural execution. The old website needed a modern, usable presentation that reflected the quality of the work and made the portfolio easier to explore.

The design: an editorial portfolio

The visual concept drew on interior-design magazines: generous headings, elegant serif typography and precise page composition. A white background framed architectural images like a mat around a print.

This was grounded in how prospective customers find inspiration. The website needed to feel at home alongside the editorial references they already used.

Portfolio and the customer journey

The audience included owners of historic brownstones and higher-income families renovating newly purchased properties. We designed around their need to evaluate style, detail and the contractor’s capabilities.

Smart portfolio filtering made work discoverable by type and style. An editorial blog extended the website beyond a portfolio into a useful source of renovation expertise.

Advertising and inquiries

Google Ads addressed two groups: homeowners planning a renovation and professional partners such as architects, developers and designers.

Premium renovation has a longer decision cycle, so trust and relevance mattered alongside lead volume. The first quarter produced more than 70 inquiries, with a reported cost per lead of $27.

SEO and trust

We optimized the site for local contracting, luxury renovation and brownstone-related searches. The blog supported both search discovery and expertise.

More than 40 reviews and case examples were integrated into the website. Prospective customers could examine real properties and client feedback before making contact.
