Client and context

Pipeworks provides plumbing services in New York. The company began with complex B2B engineering work and later decided to enter the consumer market.

The local market is polarized between low-cost independent contractors and premium services with high prices. Pipeworks needed a clear position between them, with professional credibility and accessible service.

A 25-day launch

The brief covered the brand launch, visual identity, website and lead capture. The complete cycle, from early research to a working product, had to fit into 25 days.

Conversion remained the priority. Visitors needed to understand the available services, see why the company was credible and request help without friction.

A clean, technical identity

Research showed that the category was commonly associated with mess, noise and untidy work. We built the identity around the opposite qualities: cleanliness, precision and technology.

The geometric mark references pipework and engineering diagrams. A blue-violet palette separates the brand from familiar gray and light-blue competitors, while disciplined typography supports a professional service image.

The system was applied to vans, badges, business cards and field materials from the start, creating a consistent presence both on the street and online.

The website as a lead hub

The WordPress website was connected to the existing CRM. Its structure explains the complete service catalog, presents reviews, answers common questions and leads to a short inquiry form.

The interface was designed mobile-first because urgent home services are often searched for on the go. Key actions remain clear without turning the page into a long corporate presentation.
