Recruitment, not demand, limited growth

Premier Trucking Group operates from Ohio and Tashkent. At the start of the project, the fleet included more than 100 trucks and demand supported continued expansion.

The limiting factor was driver availability. The company needed a steady flow of applicants with an active CDL, at least two years of commercial driving experience, the required documents and readiness for mandatory checks.

Segmented the audience and built the funnel

Campaigns were separated for owner-operators, company drivers and local openings. Geography, language and applicant requirements were managed independently, with Ohio and central states as the core focus.

The funnel connected creative, campaign, lead form, HubSpot, qualification, recruiter conversation and hire. Questions about licensing, experience, documents and truck ownership were answered before a lead reached the recruiting team.

Performance and qualification

Meta Ads and TikTok Ads tested formats, offers, visual styles, languages and locations. The ads made pay per mile, weekly mileage, payment terms, truck condition and onboarding speed explicit.

By month three, campaigns generated more than 200 monthly inquiries. After document and experience checks, over 70 qualified applicants entered the recruiting process. Initial CPL stayed below $10 and the company hired around 10–15 drivers per month.

Reactivated the candidate database

A database of nearly 3,000 contacts became an additional source. We cleaned the data, segmented candidates by relevance and launched SMS communication with current opportunities.

This let the company reconnect with people who had shown interest but had not completed the hiring process.

Content produced in Ohio and Tashkent

Content was produced in two countries. Office material was filmed in Tashkent, while drivers and trucks were filmed in Ohio by a local operator following our scripts and production briefs.

The team published 12–14 short videos per month. Natural UGC performed best, with drivers discussing income, routes, dispatchers and everyday life on the road.

Instagram, TikTok and Facebook reached the first 500 organic followers and more than 200,000 views. Organic content gradually began generating applicants directly.

Result

Instead of isolated campaigns, Premier Trucking Group gained a connected recruitment system where paid traffic, HubSpot, recruiters, the existing database and social channels support the same goal.

  • 200+ monthly inquiries
  • 70+ qualified candidates per month
  • CPL below $10
  • 10–15 drivers hired per month
  • Nearly 3,000 prior candidates reactivated
  • 12–14 videos produced monthly
  • 200,000+ social reach

Hiring 10–15 drivers per month depended on the company’s current staffing need and recruiter follow-up speed.
