AI systems need retrievable evidence, not an AI-only content layer

A useful page answers a real question in clear language, shows who is responsible for the information and connects the answer to evidence. The same qualities help a person, a search engine and an AI retrieval system.

Creating hundreds of short FAQ entries can fragment the subject and repeat generic statements. Build complete answer pages, then use a compact FAQ only where it helps people scan recurring questions.

Four sources of authority
  1. 01
    Owned knowledge

Clear service, article, case and company pages.

  2. 02
    Structured meaning

    Consistent entities, metadata and relationships.

  3. 03
    Independent context

Relevant mentions, profiles, citations and reviews.

  4. 04
    Fresh evidence

Maintained facts, examples and responsible authorship.

A relevant industry profile, expert contribution, partner page or editorial reference can help people and systems understand the business. Bulk-purchased links on unrelated pages create weak context and operational risk.

QuestionUseful signal
Is the source relevant? Its audience and subject overlap with the business
Is the mention understandable? The company, work and relationship are described clearly
Would a customer value it?The page provides evidence or a useful path
Can it persist? The reference does not depend on disposable placement
Evaluate an external reference

Make the company and its expertise unambiguous

  • Use one consistent company name, domain and public identity.
  • Maintain service, About, contact and author information.
  • Connect articles to relevant services and cases.
  • Use structured data that matches visible content.
  • Keep important facts current across owned profiles.

Measure a stable question set and real business outcomes

AI answers vary by system, language, geography and time. Track a fixed set of commercially relevant questions, note whether the brand appears accurately and review the sources used. Connect available referral traffic and leads to ordinary analytics.

The objective is not to win every prompt. It is to make the business easy to understand and verify wherever customers form a shortlist.
